In the past,i usually ate white rice.
But this few year,i changed to eating brown rice after knowing their benefits to health.
I love eggs so much. To the extend that one day,i can eat up to 4 eggs.
Through i know too much egg yolk is not good.
If i have to choose my favourite vegetables,i will definitely choose broccoli.
I do eat raw and cooked salmon too.
And below are the 2 pictures of my favourite food that i cooked myself,haha.
Kind of wanting to get back to gym.
Last year i used to go for private gym,those that need to sign up for their package.
I did sign up for 2 months through but i did not attend regularly.
So still thinking is it better to run at stadium or go back to gym. :)
